This project consisted of the removal of 144 valve platforms that were in need of repair and brought to safer standards. This project was built primarily with a pre- fabricated modular platform assembly. In some cases additional supports were fabricated due to limitations of the prefab modular product. These new platforms allowed for safer and easier access to operate the valve while adding additional room for the technician to work from.
This project consisted of installaing two new delivery lines from a pipeline facilty to a shipping terminal. This project included clearing approximately 2000 feet of right of way along the back side of a residential area. The installation consisted of 3850 linear feet of 12" and 14" delivery lines that contained a creek crossing, directional bore and working in an existing right of way. This project was completed in less than 3 months and achieved over 11,000 manhours with out any incidents.
This project consisted of correcting a drainange and erosion problem which will provide a long term repair to prevent erosion from rain fall events and prevent pipleline exposure.
Superior Land Designs and our clients Pipeline Contractor completes 2600 plus linear feet of 36" and 40" petroleum line relocation in support of the Atlanta Braves new ball park being constructed in Cobb County Georgia. Superior Land Designs provided Sub Surface Utility Engineer, Utility Loactions, Utility Permits, Project Management and Inspections as well as coordinated between Pipeline Owner, Pipeline Construction crews and Civil Construction crews to ensure client timelines were met and all safety standards were being used. In addition our team of project managers and inspectors ensured that the relocation was being done in accordance with our clients specifications and quality expectations. This project accumulated over 50,000 manhours without incident or accident. A true testament to our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safe and quality work practices.
